The Occident is a family house that can accommodate 10 people (5 bedrooms). Soak up the maritime atmosphere of this small fishing port where the traditional fishermen’s houses mingle with the holiday homes.
The house faces due south, caressed by the westerly sea breezes.
Rated 4* by the French Ministry of Tourism, it enjoys an uninterrupted view over the Baie de Somme.
L’Occident’s location is ideal for family holidays or weekends with friends, with its fireplace, wooded garden and terrace facing the sea.
The house has all the facilities you need for family life (including toys for children).
Direct access to the beach means you can indulge in all the seaside pleasures, including kite surfing, horse riding, windsurfing, sand yachting and fishing.
Take a stroll through the village, where numerous restaurants offer delicious fresh fish and Prés-Salés lamb (AOC).
The house of 250 m² is made up of 5 bedrooms; a full equipped kitchen (american fridge, cooker “La Germania”, citrus juicer, coffee machine, teapot and dishwasher), a double living room, dining room, a TV room.
Books, documentation on the region and DVDs are at your disposal during your stay.
A terrace of 100 m² with direct access to the beach and a garden with a vegetable patch of 200 m² in the back.
